Anyways.... A little background about myself....My name is Veronica, Indonesian-Chinese by descent. I work as an engineer at a aerospace company. I love food and right now I'm crazy about skin care.
I would like this blog to be about cooking easy recipes for beginners. I have just started cooking myself last year when I was forced to live alone since my mom went back to Indonesia to take care of my dad. I cooked for myself and have just recently have the confidence to share my cooking with friends. I either learned cooking from friends, but mostly from my mom, so this is sort of to immortalize my mom's cooking recipes. Most of the food that I cook are asian style and I use a lot of pre-packaged seasonings that are available on any asian market.
